The animal and leaf artwork was generated in ChatGPT's browser interface; the image model name was not shown on screen, and the user approved this record-keeping method on 2026-09-21. No existing illusion figure was referenced or reproduced — the marker overlay and the question/answer rendering are original implementations on this site. The source image was compressed to JPEG while keeping its composition intact. Chisho confirmed on a real phone that it works as a hidden-image puzzle. Under OpenAI's Terms of Use (effective 2026-01-01), ownership of generated output belongs to the user, and the AI-generation disclosure and studio attribution required by the Sharing & publication policy (updated 2022-11-14) appear in four places: directly under the piece, in the title card, in the Media section, and in social post copy (see docs/legal-notes.md §4).
